As Executive Director, LA is responsible for the entire company’s operations. He has been with KITL since 2006. LA has been associated with the Kirloskar group for 32 years and has held key strategic positions in various Kirloskar Group companies. Prior to joining KITL, he was the Executive Vice President, Projects at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (KOEL) and was responsible for framing and implementing strategies, processes and project management of KOEL's new business development & diversification initiatives. He successfully engineered the turnaround within KOEL's large engines business group operations. He also led the establishment of KOEL’s Kagal engine manufacturing factory in which over Rs. 5,000 Mn was invested. investment of over Rs.5,000 Mn.

sLA has a postgraduate degree in electronics and is a member of many professional bodies.

Uday joined KITL in 2009 and is responsible for setting up KITL’s Tidal & Marine Energy division, in India and overseas, in its entirety. He is also leading the HR effort at KITL. Prior to joining KITL, Uday held senior and strategic positions in the Reliance Industries Group, Siemens and the CCST Group, both in India and overseas. Uday has successfully set up and managed two companies with revenues of Rs 1,000 Mn and Rs 8,000 Mn during the course of his previous assignments. He is also credited with setting up India’s first integrated global shared services centre.
With an engineering degree from IIT, an MBA from England, and 32 years of diverse experience, Uday possesses strong skills in formulating & implementing business strategy, business development, marketing & sales, policies and processes and human resource management. He is a member of select professional bodies.

Nitant joined KITL in 2006 and is currently the head of the Bioenergy business at KITL. His areas of work include bio-fuels such as biogas, bio-diesel and vegetable oil based energy solutions, solar and wind energy technologies and other standalone as well as hybrid sustainable solutions for decentralized energy. His professional experience includes mechanical engineering, designing special purpose machines, undertaking fundamental research in materials processing, thin and thick film deposition technologies, semiconductors processing, and engines development and testing and conducting research in the development of biogas and bio-diesel manufacturing processes. He is and has been a member of many professional bodies.
Nitant started his career at L&T. Since then, he has assumed managerial positions in various organizations, including Managing Director of a solar photovoltaic cell development company. He has several publications and patent applications to his credit and is also responsible for all research and development activities at KITL.

Chris has been with KITL since 2011. Prior to joining Kirloskar Integrated Technologies Limited, Chris spent eight years as an Investment Banker in New York City, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Strategic Advisory for large and medium capitalized U.S. and International publicly traded corporations. During that time, he spent six years as a generalist in the M&A group at Merrill Lynch & Co., with the balance of the time spent at Centerview Partners LLC, a boutique M&A and strategic advisory firm. He developed relationships at the most senior levels and has spent time working in the following industries: consumer products, generic pharmaceuticals, large diversified pharmaceuticals, healthcare real estate and metals & mining. In total, he executed over $50 billion of transactions (enterprise value) across 15+ deals.
Chris graduated from Brown University as a member of Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelors of Science in Applied Math and Economics. At KITL, Chris is responsible for solar business development. The responsibility includes strategic tie ups, project management, product development, manpower training and business development.

Since joining the company in 2009, Devendra has been associated with the solar business development activities of KITL. The responsibility includes solar technology evaluation, strategic tie ups, project management, product development, manpower training and business development.
He has a Doctorate in Physics with a specialization in thin film semiconductor processing for solar cell applications.
Prior to joining KITL, he worked with leading companies involved in design, development and manufacturing of electronics for space (satellite) applications and thin film solar cells during a career than spanned 17 years. In association with the Indian Space and Defense Research Organizations, he has developed several customized solutions for satellite and strategic defense programs. He has published several research papers in international journals and also holds four patents to his name.

Asit joined KITL in 2006, where he is the head of the finance department and is responsible for all the financial and commercial operations at KITL. Before KITL, Asit held positions in the finance department of Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited.
Asit has a total experience of 15 years in his area of work. He holds two degrees - a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He has also completed a Diploma in Finance Management.

Deepak has been at KITL since 2006 and is responsible for the marketing and sales of KITL’s bioenergy and solar solutions in India and overseas. Trained as an electrical and mechanical engineer, Deepak has worked in several Kirloskar Group companies over an almost 30 year career, across a range of disciplines. For the past 15 years, he has focused on Corporate Marketing. He has developed customer strategies within the foundry industry and has also developed relations for intricate high value added critical castings in the Engineering Industry. He has dealt with a broad set of global customers from the USA, Europe, South East Asia and Japan.
He is passionate about green technologies and is a firm believer that these technologies will gain acceptance by various segments not only as an alternative, but replacement to fossil fuel based energy.

Mr. Anil N. Alawani is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He has work experience of over 30 years in Import, Export and Labour matters besides his core area of Finance, Taxation and Company Law. His abilities in Corporate Tax Planning helped various organizations in which he was employed. He previously served as a Director of Finance at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited.

Mr. Laxmikant A. Joshi (age 59 years) is a post graduate in Electronics from Nagpur University. He has experience of more than 32 years in various capacities in different Kirloskar Group companiesPrior to joining Kirloskar Integrated Technologies Limited, he worked with Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited as an Executive Vice President, Special Projects, wherein he was responsible for new engine project management at the manufacturing plant located at Kagal, Kolhapur.

Mrs. Gauri Kirloskar is a B.Sc. graduate in Business Administration (with a specialization in finance) from Carnegie Mellon University. Before joining KITL she worked with Merrill Lynch in its Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking Advisory group from June 2006 to October 2008. After Merrill Lynch, Gauri worked with Pearson Inc., in their Corporate Finance and Strategy Division, from October 2008 to June 2010.

Mr. Dattatraya R. Swar is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering. Besides being a qualified Engineer, he holds a Diploma in Purchase Management from the American Society and a Diploma in Material Management from Jamanalal Bajaj Institute of Management. He has over 20 years of working experience with Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited. He has experience in a variety of fields, among them purchase, vendor development, materials management and manufacturing.

As the Head of the Materials Development Division in Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, he implemented cost reduction programmes vigorously. His work at KOEL, focusing on productivity improvement, cost reduction and the introduction of new manufacturing concepts, helped to bring KOEL to where it is today.

Mr. Anil C. Kulkarni is a Chartered Accountant, having won the “All India” ranking during the Final Examination. He has been associated with the Kirloskar Group in various capacities for the last 33 years. He is on the Boards of various Kirloskar Group companies.
